Position Summary The Project Coordinator coordinates outreach/industry engagements and communications logistics. Manages calendars, vendor meetings, event planning, and web/social updates to ensure effective strategic communication and stakeholder experience.
*Contract Award Contingency: This position is being advertised in anticipation of a potential contract award (Q4 2026) and is contingent upon the successful award of that contract to our organization. If the contract is not awarded, this position will not be filled.
Key Responsibilities (List not all inclusive):
Schedule and organize meetings, vendor engagements, and outreach events
Manage calendars, room bookings, and event logistics (including travel arrangements when required)
Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items for meetings
Support the development and distribution of newsletters, marketing materials, and training content
Maintain and update the program website and social media channels in accordance with government policies
Track participation and outcomes of outreach events, compiling reports and recommendations
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration
Assist with onboarding new staff and coordinating access to government systems
Ensure all communications are compliant with federal guidelines and branding requirements
Support the Program Manager and Business Analyst with administrative tasks as needed
Other relevant duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in business, communications, public relations, or related field
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in project coordination, event management, or communications
Meets U.S. citizenship and work eligibility requirements for federal contractors
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DOD) secret clearance (if required)
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to interact professionally with senior leaders, including civilians, military personnel, and contractors
Experienced in event planning and logistics
Attention to detail and organization
Proven success in project management and coordination
Knowledge of Federal acquisition and small business program knowledge
Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Salary Range $80,000 – $95,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and contract funding availability. Final compensation will be determined based on candidate experience, internal equity, and client contract requirements. Salary range shown is the good‑faith estimate of the compensation range for this position at the time of posting.

Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment
